A vibrant, creamy dressing made with fresh avocado, cilantro, and lime juice, perfect for salads, tacos, and veggies.

Ingredients

  • 1 large avocado
  • 1 handful cilantro (about 1/2 cup)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 24 tablespoons water (to thin to taste)
  • Juice of 1 lime or lemon
  • 1 large garlic clove
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients: One large avocado, a handful of fresh cilantro, olive oil, lime or lemon juice, a garlic clove, sea salt, and water.
  2. Combine ingredients in a blender or food processor: Toss in the avocado, cilantro, olive oil, lime juice, garlic, and sea salt.
  3. Blend until smooth: Make sure the mixture is creamy and well combined.
  4. Adjust consistency: Gradually add 2 to 4 tablespoons of water to achieve your preferred thickness.
  5. Store for freshness: Transfer the dressing to an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 7 days.
