  • 4 oz bacon, diced
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside, reserving a little pasta water.
  2. Crisp the diced bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then remove from heat while keeping it in the skillet.
  3. Whisk the eggs and grated Parmesan cheese together in a mixing bowl until creamy and thick.
  4. Combine the cooked spaghetti with the bacon and minced garlic in the skillet, tossing to incorporate flavors.
  5. Create the creamy sauce by removing the skillet from heat and stirring in the egg mixture, ensuring the residual heat cooks the eggs gently.
  6. Season your creation with salt and pepper to taste.
