  • 4 Bagels
  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 6 slices Cooked bacon
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp Chives or green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the cream cheese, cooked bacon, shredded cheddar, and chives or green onions in a bowl until well mixed.
  3. Slice the bagels in half and toast them lightly if desired.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture generously on each halved bagel.
  5. Place the bagel halves on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until warm and slightly golden.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.

Notes
