  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon chives, chopped (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, chives (if using), salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Slice the bagels in half.
