  • 12 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Sauté the chicken: Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the cooked chicken, seasoning with garlic powder, salt, and pepper; sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Pour in the liquid gold: Pour in the chicken broth, heavy cream, and buffalo sauce; stir well to combine.
  3. Add the pasta: Add uncooked pasta to the pot. Stir to ensure the pasta is well-coated in the sauce.
  4. Boil and simmer: Bring everything to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and cover. Simmer for about 10-12 minutes until the pasta is tender.
