8 oz penne pasta
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1 cup buffalo sauce
1 cup cream cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and half of both the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. Mix thoroughly.
Stir in the cooked pasta until evenly coated with the mixture.
Transfer to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
Top with remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
