  • 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese for serving
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Sauté the sausage in a large pot over medium heat until browned.
  2. Add the onion, bell peppers, and garlic; sauté until tender.
  3. Stir in the Cajun seasoning, coating the sausage and veggies.
  4. Add the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
