1 lb potato gnocchi
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
4 oz cream cheese
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 garlic cloves, minced
4 strips bacon, chopped
2 tbsp chopped parsley
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
Bring a pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Gently add the potato gnocchi and cook until they float to the surface, about 2–3 minutes. Once they float, drain them and set aside.
In a skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Once done, remove the bacon and set it aside, but be sure to leave about 1 tablespoon of the grease in the pan.
