A comforting dish featuring seared steak and pasta enveloped in a creamy garlic butter sauce.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta of choice
  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), sliced
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sear the steak in a large skillet with melted butter, seasoning with salt and pepper until browned, then remove.
  3. Sauté the minced garlic in the same skillet until fragrant.
  4. Simmer the heavy cream into the skillet, stirring to combine and letting it cook for a few minutes.
  5. Mix in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is creamy.
  6. Combine the cooked pasta and seared steak with the sauce until well-coated.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
