A heartwarming dish featuring tender chicken in a creamy garlic broth with ramen noodles, perfect for cozy nights.

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 packages ramen noodles
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Green onions, for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Sauté the garlic in sesame oil over medium heat until fragrant.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in the pot and brown on both sides.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer until chicken is cooked through. Remove and shred the chicken.
  5. Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  6. Stir in the heavy cream and soy sauce, then return shredded chicken to the pot.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes
