A comforting bowl of creamy garlic chicken ramen that’s rich in flavor and perfect for any day.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 3 packs of ramen noodles
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish
  • Optional: bok choy, mushrooms, or other vegetables

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove chicken and let it rest.
  2. Add minced garlic to the same pot and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and water, bringing the mixture to a gentle simmer.
  4. Add ramen noodles to the simmering broth and cook according to package instructions until just tender.
  5. Slice the rested chicken into thin strips while noodles are cooking.
  6. Stir in heavy cream, soy sauce, and sesame oil once noodles are cooked.
  7. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as necessary.
  8. Stir in optional vegetables like bok choy or mushrooms and cook until tender.
  9. Serve the ramen hot in bowls, topped with sliced chicken and garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Add a splash of water when reheating to restore creamy consistency.
