A lighter take on traditional Caesar dressing, this creamy Greek yogurt version is tangy and versatile, perfect for salads, dips, and more.

  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon anchovy paste (or 2 anchovy fillets, minced)
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 12 tablespoons water (optional, for thinning)

Instructions

  1. Combine Greek yogurt and mayonnaise in a medium mixing bowl, whisk until smooth.
  2. Add Dijon mustard, red wine vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce; whisk to incorporate.
  3. Next, add minced garlic and anchovy paste; stir until well combined.
  4. Gradually mix in Parmesan cheese, ensuring it is evenly distributed.
  5. Taste and season with salt and black pepper according to preference.
  6. If desired, adjust consistency with water, one tablespoon at a time.
  7. Once blended, transfer dressing to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  8. Serve over greens or use as a dip for vegetables.
