Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for another minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream (or Greek yogurt) and cheese, cooking until melted and creamy.
