Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add ground beef to the skillet, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until browned, about 6-8 minutes.
  4. Reduce heat; stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, mixing until combined and heated through.
  5. Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce until well coated.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

For a thicker sauce, allow it to simmer longer. Substitute ground beef with turkey or use vegetables for a healthier option.
