A comforting and creamy pasta bake featuring savory steak and a sweet and spicy buffalo sauce.

  • 1 lb cooked steak (sirloin or ribeye)
  • 12 oz pasta (penne or rigatoni)
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • ½ cup honey
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Optional: 2 cups spinach, crispy bacon, blue cheese crumbles

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. Sauté cooked steak slices in a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until warmed through.
  4. Add spinach (if using) and cook until wilted.
  5. Whisk together the buffalo sauce, honey, heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Combine cooked pasta, steak mixture, and sauce in a large mixing bowl; stir until evenly coated.
  7. Transfer to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish; top with cheddar and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  9. Cool slightly before serving; garnish with optional toppings if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
