  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (shredded)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Sear the chicken breasts, seasoned with salt and pepper, and cook for about 5-7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
  3. Rest the chicken on a plate, setting it aside while preparing the vegetables.
  4. Sauté the minced garlic and chopped broccoli in the same skillet for 3 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Add the grape tomatoes and sun-dried tomatoes. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  6. Create the creamy sauce by whisking in the heavy cream and Italian seasoning until thickened.
  7. Combine the chicken with the sauce and vegetables, simmering for another 3 minutes.
  8. Garnish with shredded Parmesan cheese before serving.
