  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Sear the chicken in the skillet until browned on both sides, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Remove the chicken and set it aside.
  5. Sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic in the skillet until translucent, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Create the broth base by pouring in chicken broth and bringing it to a simmer.
  7. Add the heavy cream and stir to combine, then return the browned chicken to the skillet.
  8. Simmer until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce thickens, about 10 minutes.
  9. Serve the chicken over rice and garnish with parsley.

Notes

Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken reaches 165°F. Adjust paprika for desired spice level.
