A comforting and hearty Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta with creamy ranch dressing, tender chicken, crispy bacon, and cherry tomatoes.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
  • 4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until it’s al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. Combine the diced cooked chicken and crumbled bacon in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Mix in the ranch dressing, stirring to ensure everything is evenly coated.
  4. Stir in the cooked pasta and grated Parmesan cheese until well combined.
  5. Add the halved cherry tomatoes, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

For extra crunch, top with crushed potato chips or breadcrumbs. You can swap the chicken for shredded rotisserie chicken for a time saver.
