  • 8 oz rotini pasta
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can (10 oz) Rotel tomatoes
  • 1 can (15 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Brown the ground beef over medium heat in a large skillet. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in the Rotel tomatoes, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cook for a few minutes until heated through.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and mix to combine.
  6. Stir in the cheddar cheese until melted.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy the comforting flavors.
