Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 fillets of flaky salmon
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 8 ounces pasta (such as fettuccine or linguine)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese, for serving

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the salmon fillets to the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Remove and flake the salmon into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Create the cream sauce by adding the heavy cream to the same skillet and stirring to combine. Allow it to simmer for a few minutes.
  5. Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted.
  6. Combine the cooked pasta and flaked salmon into the cream sauce, mixing gently to combine.
  7. Serve hot, topped with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
