A simple and delicious one-pan pasta dish combining creamy sauce, cajun steak, and cheddar cheese, perfect for busy weeknights.

  • 1 pound steak (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté the steak in a large skillet over medium-high heat, adding olive oil until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove and set aside.
  3. Prepare the sauce by lowering the skillet heat to medium and adding heavy cream and Cajun seasoning. Stir well to combine.
  4. Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce in the skillet and toss to coat.
  5. Add the shredded cheddar cheese gradually, stirring until melted and creamy.
  6. Mix in the steak, combine everything, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.

Notes

Feel free to adjust the amount of Cajun seasoning based on your spice preference. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
