A delightful blend of creamy ranch, zesty buffalo sauce, and melted cheddar cheese, this pasta is perfect for cozy gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces penne or rotini pasta
  • 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic
  • Salt and pepper for seasoning

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add in your penne or rotini pasta and cook until al dente, roughly 8-10 minutes. Once done, drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté the garlic in a large skillet over medium heat with a splash of olive oil until fragrant and golden, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Heat the cooked chicken and buffalo sauce in the skillet, stirring until heated through, about 4-5 minutes.
  4. Combine the ranch dressing and heavy cream into the skillet and mix until blended seamlessly.
  5. Melt the cheddar cheese into the mixture, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Toss in the cooked pasta, ensuring it’s well-coated with the sauce, and heat through for about 2 minutes.
  7. Serve the creamy, spicy pasta in bowls, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes

Consider pairing with a crisp green salad or garlic bread. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for 2-3 days.
