This creamy fudge combines the luxuriousness of white chocolate with the tartness of fresh raspberries for a delightful treat.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Melt the white chocolate chips, butter, and sweetened condensed milk in a saucepan over low heat, stirring continuously until smooth.
  2. Add the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt, then remove from heat.
  3. Puree the raspberries in a blender until smooth.
  4. Pour half of the white chocolate mixture into a greased 8-inch square pan.
  5. Drizzle some raspberry puree over the white chocolate layer, then add the remaining white chocolate mixture on top.
  6. Swirl the remaining raspberry puree on top for decoration.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes until set.
  8. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

Ensure to melt chocolate over low heat to prevent seizing. Line your pan with parchment for easy removal.
