A delightful fusion of creamy cheesecake and the caramelized crunch of crème brûlée, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 16 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar (for topping)
  • 2 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Create the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the springform pan.
  3. Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing well.
  5. Fold in the heavy cream until well combined.
  6. Assemble the cheesecake by pouring the batter over the crust.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes until set but slightly wobbly.
  8. Cool the cheesecake at room temperature before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
  9. Make caramel by mixing sugar and water; heat until caramelized.
  10. Pour the caramel over the cheesecake and allow to cool and harden before slicing.

Notes

Serve with fresh fruit or whipped cream and pair with coffee or dessert wine.
