Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the jasmine rice according to package instructions.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Sear the chicken pieces after seasoning them with salt and pepper until golden brown.
  4. Mix together the heavy cream, sriracha, and soy sauce in a bowl.
  5. Combine the creamy sauce with the cooked chicken in the skillet and stir to coat.
  6. Simmer the mixture until the sauce thickens slightly.
  7. Assemble the crispy chicken over the jasmine rice and garnish with chopped green onions.

Notes

Don’t overcrowd the pan for crispy chicken; cook in batches if necessary.
