A delightful dish featuring crispy chicken strips paired with a rich and spicy creamy sauce, served over fragrant jasmine rice.

  • 1 pound chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups jasmine rice, cooked

Instructions

  1. Cook the jasmine rice according to the package instructions.
  2. Prepare the coating station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
  3. Season the chicken strips with salt and pepper.
  4. Dredge each chicken strip in flour, then egg, and lastly breadcrumbs.
  5. Fry the chicken strips in hot oil until golden brown, about 5–7 minutes per side.
  6. Make the spicy creamy sauce by combining heavy cream, sriracha, garlic powder, and seasoning.
  7. Assemble the dish by plating jasmine rice topped with crispy chicken strips and drizzled with sauce.

Notes

For extra crispy chicken, consider double-dipping in the egg and breadcrumbs. Make sure not to overcrowd the pan when frying.
