A delicious and easy recipe for chicken breasts coated in a crunchy Parmesan and breadcrumb crust, perfect for any dinner occasion.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Beat the eggs in another bowl until well mixed.
  4. Dredge each chicken breast in the beaten eggs and then coat with the Parmesan-breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Drizzle the chicken with olive oil.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.

Notes
