Delicious and crunchy cottage cheese chips, perfect for snacking.

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (e.g., cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Olive oil or cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the cottage cheese, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper and lightly greasing it with olive oil or cooking spray.
  4. Form small chips or circles from the cottage cheese mixture and place them on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
  6. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

These chips can be stored in an airtight container for 2-3 days. To re-crisp, bake at 350°F (175°C) for a few minutes.
