  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix together the cranberries, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract in a medium bowl. Spread evenly in a greased baking dish.
  3. Combine oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt in another bowl. Mix in the melted butter until crumbly.
  4. Sprinkle the oat mixture over the cranberry layer, covering it completely.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is golden brown and the cranberries are bubbling.
  6. Let it cool slightly before serving warm or at room temperature.
