Delightful crispy fried cheesecake bites with a creamy filling that satisfy sweet cravings.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1012 wonton wrappers
  • Oil for frying
  • Additional powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Combine the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. Place a teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
  3. Wet the edges of the wrapper with water, fold it over, and seal tightly.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Carefully drop the wrapped cheesecake bites into the hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes per side.
  6. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  7. Dust with additional powdered sugar before serving.

Notes

Serve with strawberries or chocolate sauce. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
