These crispy garlic Parmesan green beans are a simple yet elegant side dish that adds a delightful crunch and flavor to any meal.

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and trim the green beans, removing stem ends.
  3. In a bowl, combine the green beans, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Toss until the green beans are evenly coated with oil and seasonings.
