Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 large potatoes, cut into fries
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) to prepare for perfectly crisp wings.
  2. Season the chicken wings generously with salt and pepper, then arrange them on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  3. Bake the wings for 40-45 minutes, flipping them halfway through until golden brown.
  4. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the honey and buffalo sauce, stirring occasionally until warmed through.
  5. Toss the baked wings in the honey buffalo sauce mixture until perfectly coated.
  6. In a deep fryer or large pot, heat oil over medium-high heat for frying fries.
  7. Fry the potato fries in the hot oil until golden and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
  8. Melt butter in a separate pan and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant but not browned.
  9. Toss the crispy fries in the garlic butter, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot with wings.

Notes

For extra crispy wings, consider broiling them for the last 5 minutes of baking. You can bake the fries if you prefer a healthier option.
