  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rinse the dry lentils under cold water and drain well.
  3. Spread the rinsed lentils evenly across a baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle the olive oil over the lentils.
  5. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper onto the lentils.
