1 cup panko breadcrumbs

4 tablespoons olive oil, divided
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup chicken broth

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness of about 1/2 inch.
