Tender and spicy buffalo chicken made effortlessly in a crockpot, perfect for game nights or cozy dinners.

  • 2 lbs boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot, spreading them out to ensure even cooking.
  2. Mix together the buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl until combined.
  3. Pour the sauce mixture generously over the chicken in the crockpot, ensuring each piece gets a taste of that spicy goodness.
  4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours until the chicken is incredibly tender and easy to shred.
  5. Use two forks to shred the chicken right in the crockpot and stir to coat every shred with the sauce.
  6. Spoon the chicken onto plates or into buns, finishing each serving with a sprinkle of crumbled blue cheese on top.

Notes
