  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Combine the uncooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, milk, sour cream, melted butter, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a slow cooker. Stir until well combined.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender and the cheese is melted.
  3. Serve warm and enjoy the creamy goodness!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat with a splash of milk if needed.
