A comforting and easy-to-make casserole that combines all your favorite pizza toppings in layers of cheesy goodness.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 cups pizza sauce
  • 2 cups cooked pasta
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Sauté the Beef: In a skillet, brown the ground beef alongside the chopped onion and bell pepper. Drain any excess fat afterward.
  2. Mix the Pasta Base: In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, pizza sauce, sliced mushrooms, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Fold in the Beef Mixture: Stir in the glorious beef mixture to enhance the vibrant pasta base.
  4. Layer the First Half: Layer half of the pizza mixture in the bottom of the crockpot and top with half of the shredded cheese and half of the pepperoni.
  5. Repeat the Layers: Repeat with the remaining pizza mixture, cheese, and pepperoni.
  6. Cook and Let It Simmer: Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
  7. Serve Hot: Once done, serve hot with loved ones around the table.
