A delicious and easy recipe for tender and flavorful pulled pork made in a crockpot, perfect for family gatherings.

  • 34 lbs pork shoulder
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Place the pork shoulder in the crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the barbecue sauce, onion, garlic, paprika, brown sugar, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture over the pork, ensuring it’s well-coated.
  4. Add the chicken broth to the pot.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the pork is tender.
  6. Remove the pork from the crockpot and shred with two forks.
  7. Return the shredded pork to the crockpot, mixing it with the remaining juices.
