A delightful Crustless Spinach Quiche that is warm, savory, and packed with nutritional goodness, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Sauté the onion in olive oil over medium heat until translucent.
  3. Whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
  4. Combine the chopped spinach, sautéed onions, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture.
