Delightful, crunchy cucumber chips seasoned with a tangy vinegar mixture, perfect for guilt-free snacking.

  • 2 large cucumbers
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Olive oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°F (95°C).
  2. Slice the cucumbers thinly using a mandolin or a sharp knife.
  3. Combine apple cider vinegar, sea salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper in a bowl.
  4. Toss the cucumber slices in the vinegar mixture until well coated.
  5. Arrange the cucumber slices on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 2-3 hours, or until crispy.
  7. Cool the chips before serving to achieve maximum crunch.

Notes

For added flavor, brush the chips with olive oil before baking. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
