Ingredients

  • 12 Medjool dates
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup dark chocolate
  • Sea salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the Medjool dates open and remove the pits.
  2. Fill each date with a small amount of peanut butter.
  3. Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl or using a double boiler.
  4. Dip each peanut butter-filled date in the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated.
  5. Sprinkle each date with a pinch of sea salt.
