Delightful macarons infused with the rich flavors of strawberry cheesecake, perfect for any gathering or indulgence.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 3 large egg whites
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup strawberry puree
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (for whipping cream)
  • Fresh strawberries (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Sift the almond flour and powdered sugar together.
  3. Whip the egg whites and granulated sugar until stiff peaks form.
  4. Fold in the almond flour mixture, vanilla extract, and salt.
  5. Pipe the macaron batter onto the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Allow the macarons to dry for about 30 minutes.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, then cool completely.
  8. Prepare the filling by beating the cream cheese and mixing in the strawberry puree.
  9. Whip the heavy cream with sugar until stiff peaks form, then fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  10. Assemble the macarons by piping the filling onto half the shells.
  11. Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.

Notes

Keep macarons in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. Best enjoyed fresh.
