A vibrant salad featuring a delightful combination of crunchy cabbage, sweet mango, and zesty lime, perfect for BBQs and summer gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup julienned carrots
  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the shredded cabbage, carrots, mango, cilantro, and red onion in a large bowl.
