Delicious summer chicken and bacon wraps, perfect for outdoor gatherings and group lunches.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken breast, diced
  • 8 slices of bacon, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 large tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup ranch dressing or your favorite sauce

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken by dicing it and seasoning it with paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then drain.
  3. Sauté the bell pepper, onion, and garlic in the same skillet until tender.
  4. Cook the seasoned chicken in the skillet until golden brown and fully cooked.
  5. Assemble the wraps with the chicken mixture, lettuce, tomatoes, and ranch dressing.
  6. Roll the tortillas tightly, cut in half, and serve immediately.

Notes

Best served fresh. Can be paired with side salads or sweet potato fries.
