Delightful deviled eggs that are creamy, tangy, and perfect for gatherings.

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half and carefully remove the yolks, placing them in a bowl.
  2. Mash the yolks with the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until you achieve a smooth consistency.
  3. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites, making sure to fill each half generously.
  4. Sprinkle with paprika for a pop of color and that touch of smokiness.
  5. Refrigerate to ensure they’re served chilled – perfect for every occasion!

Notes

Use fresh eggs for better peeling. Can be made a day ahead and stored in the fridge.
