Easy and delicious fluffy dinner rolls, perfect for any meal or occasion.

  • 2 cups warm milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 package active dry yeast
  • 45 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Combine the warm milk, sugar, and melted butter. Stir in the yeast and let it sit for about 10 minutes until foamy.
  2. Add the eggs and salt into the mixture, followed by the flour—starting with 4 cups. Mix until a soft dough begins to form.
  3. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the kneaded dough into a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
  5. Punch down the risen dough to release air, shape into rolls, and place them in a greased baking dish.
  6. Cover the rolls and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
  7. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake the rolls for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Brush the rolls with melted butter before serving if desired.

Notes

For best results, ensure milk is warm but not hot and knead enough to develop gluten.
