A whimsical layered dessert featuring chocolate cake, pudding, hot fudge, and crushed Oreos, perfect for family gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 chocolate cake mix
  • 1 cup hot fudge sauce
  • 2 cups chocolate pudding
  • 3 cups Cool Whip
  • 1 package crushed Oreos

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chocolate cake mix according to package instructions and bake it. Allow it to cool completely.
  2. In a bowl, combine the chocolate pudding and hot fudge sauce until smooth.
  3. Once the cake is cool, crumble it into pieces and layer it in a serving dish.
  4. Spread a layer of the pudding mixture over the crumbled cake.
  5. Add a layer of Cool Whip on top of the pudding.
  6. Sprinkle crushed Oreos on top for decoration.
  7. Repeat the layers if desired, finishing with Oreos on top.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for about 2 hours before serving.

Notes

For a delightful twist, serve with fresh strawberries or vanilla ice cream. Can be made a day in advance.
