  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Whisk together the eggs, flour, milk, salt, and sugar until smooth.
  3. Place a cast-iron skillet in the oven to heat.
  4. Add the butter to the skillet and let it melt and bubble.
  5. Carefully pour the batter into the hot skillet.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven, dust with powdered sugar, and top with fresh fruit if desired.
