Delightfully chewy and rich blondies with a warm cinnamon sugar topping, perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. Combine melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a mixing bowl. Mix well until smooth and glossy.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the mixture, stirring until fully incorporated and creamy.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and ground cinnamon in another bowl.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it out evenly.
  7. Mix 1/4 cup granulated sugar with a little cinnamon and sprinkle it over the top of the batter.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  9. Allow the blondies to cool in the pan before cutting them into squares.

Notes

These blondies can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or refrigerated for up to a week.
