  • 1 pound thinly sliced roast beef
  • 6 slices provolone cheese
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Butter for brushing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Split the slider rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  3. Layer the roast beef evenly over the rolls, then top with provolone cheese.
  4. Place the top halves of the rolls on the cheese.
  5. Heat beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small saucepan until warm.
  6. Brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter.
  7. Pour the warm broth mixture over the sandwiches.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  9. Remove the foil and bake an additional 5-10 minutes until the tops are golden brown.
  10. Serve warm with extra broth for dipping.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding sautéed onions or peppers. If provolone cheese isn’t available, use any good melting cheese.
